Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Bellis, an AI receptionist for local businesses operated by HOLOGROW INC (“we”, “us”). By using Bellis you agree to them. Questions: internal@hologrow.ai.
The service
Bellis answers a business’s calls and texts with an AI receptionist, records requests, helps prepare quotes and bookings, and shows the business its calls, customers, appointments and map rankings. Bellis is in a private pilot: features may change, and the service may be interrupted while we improve it.
Accounts
Access to the owner’s console is by invitation. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us right away at internal@hologrow.ai if you think someone else has used it.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your business, including services, prices and hours, and keep it up to date. The receptionist answers callers from it.
- Review the requests, quotes and bookings Bellis prepares. You decide what you offer customers and at what price.
- Use Bellis lawfully, including the laws that apply to calling and texting people. Do not use Bellis to send marketing or unsolicited messages, or to contact people who have not asked to hear from you.
- Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break its security, overload it or use it for anything harmful.
The AI receptionist
The receptionist is an AI system. It can misunderstand callers or make mistakes, so check what it records before acting on it. It is not an emergency service: callers with an emergency should call 911.
Text messages
Text messages from Bellis are covered by our SMS Terms. Bellis texts a business owner only after the owner opts in.
Your data
Your business’s information and your customers’ information belong to you; we process it to provide Bellis, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete it, or your whole business, in the console at any time.
Fees
During the private pilot, any fees are agreed with you separately in writing.
Third-party services
Bellis relies on providers such as phone and text carriers, AI and map services. Their availability is outside our control, and services you connect yourself, such as Google Calendar, are also governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
Bellis is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every call or text will be answered or delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, HOLOGROW INC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from the use of Bellis. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Bellis in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
You may stop using Bellis at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users, and we will give notice when we reasonably can.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its effective date; using Bellis after that means you accept it.
